Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders placed through Bulken Off-Road will be shipped via UPS or LTL freight (depending on shipment size) within 1-3 business days from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays will be processed the following business day.

Depending on where you are shipping your item(s), you may experience delays in your shipping. Factors such as extreme weather conditions or peak holiday seasons may also cause shipping delays. Please note that any delays should be brought to the attention of UPS and should not be addressed to Bulken Off-Road. To determine the status of your delivery, please contact UPS with the tracking number provided to you in the shipping confirmation email.

Bulken Off-Road is not liable for any damages incurred while in transit. Should any damages occur, a claim will be filed through Bulken Off-Road on behalf of the customer.

Bulken Off-Road does not offer international shipping. If you would like to ship overseas, you may visit our Distributors page, as some may offer international shipping.

 

Returns and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 60 days of your purchase date.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your account within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Please note: If you ordered the wrong item, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Only the cost of the item will be refunded. The item must be in new, unused condition.

Bulken Off-Road offers a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects and functional failures. For approved claims, we will replace your product with the same item or, if unavailable, a comparable product that matches in performance and value. Your satisfaction is our priority!
